Where it was made and found: In the house Nº 1 of the street Zuda, along the walls of the Mercado Central, Zaragoza.

When it was made and found: It was elaborated in third century C.a

Historical context of the piece: Late second century - early third century C.a

Descrption and Thematic: The central emblem is Orpheus playing the lyre to the animals. This important symbol is derived from pictorial prototypes, adaptingrectangular stage space available, as evidenced by the provision ofquadrupeds in two planes at the feet of Orpheus. Outstanding in the character's richvestment, and antelope horns lyre, completing her outfit withtunic, cloak, red cap and sandals.
